missingWrote a review on Dec 09filthy sheetsmoldy shower
During my two-night stay, the cleanliness was appalling. I found hair on the sheets that clearly hadn't been changed, and the bathroom had visible mold in the shower. Additionally, the sink in the room did not drain properly, which made it frustrating to use. Even after reporting these issues, management only sprayed air freshener without addressing the real problems.

It was just a good match for a trip in Alamosa with a reasonable price. Clean room and quiet, which was nice after a long ride.

clean room but lacking atmosphere
The check-in process was smooth , and staff were helpful when I needed extra towels. The location offered easy access to local attractions , making our trip convenient. I found the bathroom amenities satisfactory, with plenty of hot water during our stay.
The general decor felt outdated, which took away from the experience.

Staying at this motel with my friends was a blast! The quadruple room was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed visiting the Great Sand Dunes and exploring the scenic beauty nearby. The parking was super convenient, which made unloading and exploring really easy. Definitely a good value for the price!
One downside was the continental breakfast. It could definitely use some variety, as we mostly had toast and bagels with no fresh fruit options.

missingWrote a review on Sept 01cleanliness issues
There were significant cleanliness issues with hairs found in the sheets, indicating they hadn’t been changed from prior guests. The overall decor felt rather outdated, which detracted from the experience, and the shower had mold present that made it unappealing. Heating in the room struggled, producing strange smells when turned on, and the traffic noise from passing trucks, although not constant, was noticeable at odd hours.

The Quadruple Room I stayed in had a comfortable bed, which really helped after a long day. I appreciated that the kitchenette came with a microwave and fridge, making it easy to store snacks. Parking right outside the room was super convenient for unloading bags. However, I did encounter some issues. The cleanliness really left a lot to be desired. I found hairs on the sheets that hadn’t been changed and old food in a dresser drawer. The shower didn’t initially have hot water, and I reported it, but nothing improved during my stay. There was also a constant noise from traffic outside, mostly from semis, which was disruptive at night. While the basic breakfast offerings were easy, they could definitely improve on that front. Overall, a mixed experience.

Decent stay but needs improvement
Had the Quadruple Room with Shower for 4 nights. The room was comfy with heating, and I appreciated the private shower. Kitchenette with microwave and fridge was handy. However, the continental breakfast was just basic with mainly toast and bagels. Could hear some traffic noise at night, but it’s not too bad.

missingWrote a review on Jun 15comfortable bedprivate showerburning smellunexpected chargepoor response time
The heater in my room was filled with trash, emitting a burning smell when turned on. I faced a surprising $100 charge for sand that was hardly noticeable on the carpet. Reaching the front desk was frustrating, as it took over five minutes to connect for assistance with a rollaway bed that wasn't even available.
